Due to the nature of digital content, most sales are final, with limited exceptions outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or activated, the product is considered delivered and is no longer eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Purchases made using discount codes, promotional offers, or during sale periods may not be eligible for refunds where permitted by law.
License-Based Products
This applies to software tools, plugins, and other products that require a license key or activation.
Once a license key has been issued or activated, the product is considered delivered and no refunds will be granted.

Courses and Digital Downloads
This includes courses, presets, LUTs, templates, plugins, software tools, and other downloadable goods.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and only if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
Once accessed, downloaded, or activated in any form, the purchase becomes non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Physical Products (if offered)
If physical products are offered through this store, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:

Services

However, for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once the delivery of the digital content has begun, provided that you have:
